One Week, One Pattern: Day 4

Welcome to part four in the “One Week, One Pattern” fun.

If anything this challenge is making me realize that I have a prints and “bottoms” issue. Mixing printed tops with just the right bottom is hard for me. I feel so boring when I reach for the same black or grey pants/skirt. I like the prints I just don’t always know how to style them to get the look I want.

Today is also the first double-up of one of my tops.

DAY FOUR

The Facts
Fabric: Mystery black chiffon(?) from WalMart
Notions: Nothing
First worn: Christmas 2011
Worn with today: Cardigan from Old Navy, black Beignet-like skirt from H&M
Did today: Went to work, had a few meetings, picked up some produce, sewed and generally “vegged” at home.
