Sewing Projects 2: McCall’s 5591 skirt

Finally took another pic of something I sewed over the summer and never blogged about.

McCall’s 5591 using Joann Fabric’s Keepsake Calico Somerset Multi-Stripe

Lining up the stripes on the waistband and pocket bands was a little difficult but I think they work. I also didn’t add the contrast hem band because I thought it was a perfect length without it.
